ScanBox Ergo Line Combo A6 + H6 is a box with stacked cabinets for ambient and hot holding. This allows you to distribute food at the perfect temperature with modest space requirements. The hot holding cabinet is heated statically up to +90°C. ScanBox Infinitely variable temperature setting is performed via the digital display. LED-lights indicate when the selected temperatures have been reached. Ergonomic push/pull handles on the back of the box scanbox ensure easy and safe operation. The hot cabinet is offered with convection heating as an option. The ambient cabinet is offered with eutectic plate as an option to use as a cold cabinet.
Ergo Line Combo A6 + H6 is manufactured with ScanBox unique Temp-Stop technology. This maximizes the insulation capacity while minimizing the energy consumption. Detachable racks allow for easy cleaning. Racks with integrated air gaps generate free air circulation inside the box for an even temperature distribution.
