ScanBox Ergo Line Combo H6 + H6 is an insulated hot box with two cabinets stacked on top of each other and used for distribution of hot food. The hot holding cabinets are heated statically up to +90°C. Infinitely variable temperature setting is performed via a digital display. LED lights indicate when the selected temperatures have been reached. In order to minimize the time for heat recovery after frequently repeated door openings, convection heating is offered as an option. The doors are opened at an 270° angle and is fixed in an open position by a magnet. Ergonomic push/pull handles on the back of the box ensure easy and safe operation.
Ergo Line Combo H6 + H6 is manufactured with ScanBox unique Temp-Stop technology. This maximizes the insulation capacity while minimizing the energy consumption. Detachable racks allow for easy cleaning. Racks with integrated air gaps generate free air circulation inside the box for an even temperature distribution.
